Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon acai powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Green Coffee Bean Powder optional (this is the caffeine source)
  • 2 cups white grape juice
  • 1 cup passionfruit juice
  • 1/2 cup water divided
  • 1 Tablespoon Strawberry Syrup
  • 1/2 cup freeze dried strawberries

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the açai powder and green coffee bean powder with 1/4 cup water until dissolved. This will create a slurry, similar to when you mix cornstarch and water.
  2. Add juices, slurry, remaining water, and strawberry syrup to a large mason jar.
  3. Secure the lid and shake well to combine.
  4. Pour mixture over ice and top with freeze-dried strawberries. Give a quick stir to mix in the fruit.
