Ingredients
- 30 oz (2 cans) full fat unsweetened coconut milk
- 14 oz (1 can) sweetened Cream of Coconut such as Coco Lopez - usually found near the cocktail mixers
- 12 oz (1 can) full fat evaporated milk
- 28 oz (2 cans) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 1 ½ teaspoons cinnamon
- 1-2 cups white puerto rican rum optional
Notes
- Start saving old wine bottles or liquor bottles a few months before the holidays, run them through the dishwasher, and use them to bottle your Coquito.
