Ingredients

  • 1 13.5 ounce cans coconut milk
  • 1 15 ounce cans cream of coconut
  • 2 12 ounce cans evaporated milk
  • 1 14 ounce cans sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 large cinnamon sticks
  • Additions
  • rum dark or light (I used spiced flavor)
  • Ice for serving
  • ground cinnamon to top drinks

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a large glass blender combine cream of coconut, evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla. Pulse until smooth. Pour into a pitcher and add cinnamon sticks. Cover and refrigerate and chill before serving (the longer you chill the more time the flavors blend together).
  2. Before serving stir coquito, remove cinnamon sticks and serve over ice. Add rum (1 - 1.5 ounces per drink), stir, and sprinkle with cinnamon.
