Ingredients
- 40 g Coriander washed and chopped
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 green chilli chopped (adjust to taste)
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp water
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, combine the fresh cilantro leaves, chopped onion, green chili, minced garlic, ground cumin, and salt.
- Blend the ingredients until you get a smooth paste, adding 2 tablespoons of water to help with the blending process.
- Scrape down the sides of the blender if needed to ensure all the ingredients are well incorporated.
- Transfer the chutney to a serving bowl and stir in the lemon juice.
