Ingredients

  • 2 roma tomatoes diced
  • 15 ounce can corn drained and rinsed
  • 15 ounce can of black beans drained and rinsed
  • ½ red onion diced
  • 1 avocado pitted, peeled, and diced
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro plus more for serving
  • 1 lime juiced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
