Corned beed sauteed in butter with carrot, corn, and peas

Ingredients

  • 300 grams CDO Home Style Corned Beef
  • 1 carrot cubed
  • 1/4 cup whole kernel corn
  • 1/4 cup green peas
  • 3 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Melt butter in a pan. Saute garlic and onion until the onion softens.
  2. Add CDO Home Style Corned Beef. Saute for 1 minute.
  3. Add carrot, corn, and green peas. Continue cooking for 3 to 5 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Serve with rice. Share and enjoy!
