Ingredients

  • 1 to 1½ cup cottage cheese 2% MF
  • 1 apple or more, sliced or diced
  • ½ cup granola
  • 2 pinches cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons hemp hearts

Instructions

  1. Add half the cottage cheese to a bowl. Top it with half of the apple.
  2. Add the granola, maple syrup, cinnamon, and hemp hearts on top.
  3. Repeat with the second bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
