Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese low-fat
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ¼ cup turkey pepperoni chopped
  • ⅓ cup marinara sauce sugar-free
  • ¼ cup mozzarella cheese shredded, part-skim
  • pepperoni toppings of your choice, pepperoni sliced, bell pepper diced, basil fresh

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, add the cottage cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, and chopped turkey pepperoni. Stir until well combined.
  2. Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the cottage cheese mixture.
  3. Top the marinara with the shredded mozzarella cheese and any additional toppings of your choice, such as olives, mushrooms, or extra pepperoni.
  4. Microwave the bowl for 3 minutes, allowing the cheese to melt and the flavors to meld. Let cool for 1 minute before digging in. Enjoy!
