  • 1 can diced green chilis
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic 
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Mexican shredded cheese

  1. In a blender blend together all the ingredients.
  2. Serve cold or heat up in the microwave in 30 second intervals. Or heat up on the stove.
  3. Serve with chips.
