  • 50 grams smoked salmon 2 oz

  • 1 lice bread like rye, wholemeal, cob slice etc, of choice
  • 1½ tablespoons cottage cheese
  • 1½ tablespoons Greek yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon honey extra for drizzling
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 50 grams strawberry 2oz
  • 1 tablespoon nuts roughly chopped

  • 1 lice bread like rye, wholemeal, cob slice etc, of choice
  • 3 tablespoons cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons pesto green or red
  • 1 egg
  • ½ teaspoon red chili flakes
