Ingredients

  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder dry
  • 1 can baked beans 15 ounces
  • ½ green bell pepper diced
  • 6 lices Bacon chopped, thick-cut

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the brown sugar, ketchup, and mustard. Stir in the beans and pepper.
  3. Transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle on the bacon. Bake for 1 hour, until bubbly.
