Ingredients

  • 6 bone-in pork chops
  • 4 large Russet potatoes (peeled and cut into 1/2" chunks)
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic 
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup (10 oz cans)
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Sear the pork chops in a skillet in butter. Then place in the bottom of a crock pot. Top with potatoes, pepper, minced garlic and cream of mushroom soup. 
  2. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the pork chops are cooked through. 30 minutes before serving, stir in the heavy whipping cream.
  3. Then the pork chops are ready to serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days. 
  • If the sauce is too runny, whisk together ¼ cup water with 2 tablespoons cornstarch and then stir into the sauce and allow it to thicken.
