Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground sausage
  • 32 oz Velveeta cheese cubed
  • 2 cups taco blend cheese shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese cubed
  • 2 oz ROTEL canned
  • 1 oz corn drained, canned
  • 1 oz black beans drained, canned
  • 1/2 cup red onion diced
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro chopped

  1. Cook your sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until the sausage is cooked through. Drain grease from the sausage.
  2. Reduce the heat to medium-low. Add the Velveeta, taco cheese, and cream cheese to the skillet and cook until the cheese is melted.
  3. Stir in the corn, Rotel, beans, onion, and lime juice. Cook for 2-3 minutes until everything is warmed through.
  4. Mix in the cilantro and serve.

  • You must cook the sausage on the stovetop, transfer it into your crockpot, and add all the ingredients besides the cilantro. Please set it to low for 3 hours, stirring now and then. Stir in the cilantro when you are going to serve the dip.
