Crab Salad

This versatile Crab Salad is creamy smooth, with a slight crab flavor, perfect for that light lunch!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound crab meat or imitation crab meat flake style
  • 1/3 cup celery diced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice to taste
  • 2 tsp dill fresh dill if available
  • 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning

Instructions

  1. Coarsely chop or break apart the imitation crab into small pieces.
  2. Finely chop the celery.
  3. Toss the celery, crab, salt, and pepper together in a medium-sized bowl.
  4. Stir the mayonnaise, lemon juice and dill together in a cup.
  5. Pour the mayonnaise mix over the crab and toss gently to coat.
  6. Garnish with green onion or dill on top if desired.

Notes

  • This is best if made a few hours before eating for the dill to infuse its flavor.
