Made with mayo, imitation crab, and a few seasonings, this Creamy Crab Salad recipe is quick and easy to prepare and tastes better than what you can get at the store. Serve on croissants, lettuce wraps, and more.

Ingredients
- 16 ounces flaked imitation crab meat. Pull apart into even smaller pieces as necessary.
- 1/2 cup finely diced celery I used one large stalk
- 1 Tablespoon onion powder or ¼ finely diced red onion.
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons freshly chopped dill plus additional for garnish.
- A little chopped parsley for garnish as well optional
- 4 small croissants or 2 large croissants for serving
Instructions
- Add the crab meat plus the remaining ingredients to a large bowl.
- Use a spatula to gently mix everything together.
- Serve immediately or keep covered in the refrigerator for 2 days.
