Crab Salad Sandwich Recipe
Fresh crab salad used in a sandwich with all the fixings in a sandwich.
Ingredients
- 4 lices bread Pepperidge Farms® Harvest Blends
- 6-8 ounces crab
- 2-3 Tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/2 celery diced, stalk
- 4 tomato slices
- 2 cheddar cheese slices
- salt optional
- black pepper optional
Instructions
- In a small bowl mix together crab, mayonnaise and celery. On one side of the bread scoop the crab salad on top and spread evenly with a knife. Sprinkle with salt and pepper if desired. Add tomato slices and cheese. Top with second slice of bread and cut in triangles. Enjoy!
