Ingredients

  • 4 lices bread Pepperidge Farms® Harvest Blends
  • 6-8 ounces crab
  • 2-3 Tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/2 celery diced, stalk
  • 4 tomato slices
  • 2 cheddar cheese slices
  • salt optional
  • black pepper optional

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a small bowl mix together crab, mayonnaise and celery. On one side of the bread scoop the crab salad on top and spread evenly with a knife. Sprinkle with salt and pepper if desired. Add tomato slices and cheese. Top with second slice of bread and cut in triangles. Enjoy!
