Ingredients
- 1 cup crab meat about 4 ounces, lump
- ⅓ cup celery chopped fine
- 2 tablespoons shallot minced
- ½ teaspoon thyme dried
- 4 tablespoons crème fraîche
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice fresh
- 1 cup swiss cheese grated
- salt kosher salt; fresh ground pepper
- black pepper kosher salt; fresh ground pepper
- 2 teaspoons chives chopped
- 2-3 cups sweet potato chips about 20-24
Instructions
- Mix lump crab meat with chopped celery, shallots, crémé fraiche and lemon juice. Add thyme and swiss cheese and season with kosher salt and pepper.
- Place about 1 tablespoon of crab mixture on each chip and garnish with chopped chives. Serve immediately.
