Cranberry Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 large chicken breast skinless, boneless
  • one ml can cranberry sauce whole berry
  • 3/4 cup Catalina salad dressing
  • 1 tablespoon onion soup mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 °F.
  2. Combine the sauce, dressing and onion soup mix until completely incorporated.
  3. Place the chicken in a 9x13 baking dish. Pour the sauce over the chicken, covering completely.
  4. Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes or until the internal temperature registers at least 165°F with an instant read thermometer.
  5. Remove and serve over rice with sauce.

Notes

  • You can marinate this for a few hours in a Ziploc bag for extra flavor!
