  • ½ pound unsalted butter
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • orange zest

Instructions

  1. Soften the butter to room temperature.
  2. Place cranberries in a food processor or blender container.
  3. Process until fine.
  4. Add the butter, juice and zest. Process until a fairly smooth product is achieved.
