Cranberry Gin Fizz
This cranberry gin fizz is a great addition to your holiday cocktail rotation. Made with gin, fresh-squeezed orange juice, homemade whole berry cranberry sauce, and a splash of fizzy water. You'll love this simple winter cocktail.
Ingredients
- 2 ounces gin
- 2 ounces orange juice
- 2 teaspoons cranberry sauce divided
- 1½ cups ice
- ¼ cup seltzer water more or less can be used
- 1 lice orange for garnish
- 1 teaspoon cranberries for garnish, fresh
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker add gin, orange juice, 1 teaspoon cranberry sauce, and 1 cup ice.
- Shake to combine.
- Fill a short cocktail glass with remaining 1/2 cup ice. Strain in shaken cocktail and top with seltzer water.
- Serve with the remaining teaspoon of cranberry sauce and if desired garnish with fresh cranberries and an orange slice.
Notes
- As you drink the cocktail stir in the cranberry sauce to add more flavor.
