This Cranberry Goat Cheese Roll is the ultimate no cook appetizer. All you need is a log of goat cheese, cranberries, pecans and cinnamon.

Ingredients

  • 6 ounce soft goat cheese log
  • 2 tablespoons dried cranberries
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons pecans , finely chopped

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine the dried cranberries, ground cinnamon and fine sea salt in shallow bowl or plate.
  2. Roll the goat cheese in cranberry mixture, gently pressing into the cheese.
  3. Serve immediately or roll in plastic wrap until ready to serve.
