Ingredients
Meatballs:
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 pounds ground beef
Cranberry Sauce:
- 14 ounces cranberry jelly
- 1 cup chili sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup orange juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Whisk together the eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth in a large bowl.
- Add breadcrumbs and ground beef, and mix until just combined.
- Roll into 1" meatballs and place onto the baking sheet.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
- While the meatballs are cooking, add the cranberry jelly, chili sauce, brown sugar, and orange juice to a saucepan.
- Cook on medium heat for 6-8 minutes until thickened.
- Toss meatballs with sauce and serve.
