Cranberry Mimosa

A Cranberry Mimosa is a super easy Christmas cocktail. With a bright red color and sparkly sugar rim, it is so pretty and festive for the holidays.

Ingredients

  • 1 orange sliced
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 cups sweetened cranberry juice
  • 1 bottle champagne
  • cranberries fresh or frozen
  • fresh Rosemary optional

Instructions

  1. Glide the orange slice around the rim of each champagne flute.
  2. Place the sugar on a shallow dish, and dip the wet champagne flute into the sugar.
  3. Carefully pour about ¼ cup of cranberry juice in each flute.
  4. Fill the rest of the glass with champagne.
  5. Garnish with fresh cranberries and rosemary, if desired.
