Ingredients

  • 2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup sugar 2 tablespoons
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 2 cups cranberries cut in half, fresh
  • 3 ounces almonds chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and spray a 9x5 loaf pan with non-stick baking spray, set aside.
  2. Whisk together flour, sugar, kosher salt, and baking soda in a large mixing bowl.
  3. In a medium-sized mixed bowl whisk together orange juice, water, and melted butter.
  4. Gently mix the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
  5. Fold in cranberries and almonds.
  6. Add batter to the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60-70 minutes or until the center is set and the bread is golden brown.
