Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond raw
  • 1 cup walnut raw
  • 1/2 cup flaked coconut unsweetened
  • 3 to 5 dates I use 3, large, pitted
  • 1 cup dried cranberries juice-sweetened
  • 2 tsp orange zest
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seed butter or almond butter
  • 3 Tbsp coconut oil or flax oil
  • 2 hemp protein powder or protein powder of choice, scoops
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract pure
  • 1/4 tsp salt sea salt

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add all ingredients into your food processor and process until a thick dough-like mixture forms. It will be crumbly - this is okay!
  2. Transfer the ball mixture to a sealable container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. This helps the ingredients set up so that it’s easier to form the balls. If you try to form the balls right away, they will often crumble and not hold together.
  3. Store the balls in a sealable bag or container in the refrigerator or freezer.
