Cranberry orange relish is a bright, fresh side dish that goes perfectly with chicken or turkey.

Ingredients
- 1 navel orange
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 12 ounce bag fresh cranberries
Instructions
- Zest orange into a food processor.
- Cut off the pith, and add the sections of the orange to the food processor. Be sure to discard any seeds.
- Top with granulated sugar.
- Add the cranberries.
- Pulse until the cranberries are finely chopped.
- Cover and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
