Cranberry Pistachio White Chocolate Bark
This Cranberry Pistachio White Chocolate Bark combines smooth melted white chocolate mixed with dried cranberries and salted pistachios, creating a sweet and slightly tart treat. Once chilled and set, it breaks into rigid pieces, perfect for snacking or gifting.
Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups white melting chocolate
- ¾ cup dried cranberries
- ¾ cup pistachios shelled, salted
Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate. (See notes in the post above for melting methods.)
- Stir the cranberries and pistachios into the melted white chocolate.
- Pour the candy mixture onto a baking sheet. Use a spatula or wooden spoon to evenly spread the mixture.
- Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 25 minutes for the bark to harden and set.
- When completely cooled and set, break the bark into chunks of the desired size.
Notes
- Store the bark airtight in the refrigerator to maintain freshness for up to one week.
- For longer storage, freeze bark pieces wrapped individually and place them in a sealed container for up to one month.
- Allow frozen bark to warm to room temperature about 30 minutes before serving for optimal texture.
- Use parchment paper on the baking sheet for easier cleanup after setting the bark.
