Ingredients
- 5 pound pork loin 4-5 lbs
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1 cup French Dressing
- 14 ounce cranberry sauce
- dried cranberry for garnish
- parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In your slow cooker place your pork loin.
- In a small bowl combine the dry onion soup mix, French dressing, and cranberry sauce.
- Pour the mixture all over the pork loin.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
- When ready serve with more cranberry sauce on top.
- Garnish with dried cranberries and parsley if desired.
