Cranberry Turkey Puff Pastry
This scrumptious puff pastry recipe is filled with cream cheese, turkey and cranberry relish, perfect for putting those Thanksgiving leftovers to use!

Ingredients
- 1 puff pastry sheet thawed
- 2 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup cooked turkey shredded
- ½ cup cranberry jalapeno relish click link for recipe - or use cranberry relish of your choice
- 1 egg + 1 tsp water whisked together for egg wash
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Lay the puff pastry sheet flat on parchment paper.
- To make the braided top, slice a triangle from the bottom of each side of the pastry dough, then slice ½ inch diagonal lines up each side of the pastry dough.
- Spread the cream cheese down the middle.
- Top with the turkey, then the cranberry relish.
- Lay the rectangular end of the puff pastry over the filling, then begin on one side, and lay one strip of dough over the filling, then alternate laying a strip of dough from the other side, then alternate back and forth, back and forth, over the filling.
- Once the entire puff pastry is wrapped up, transfer it on the parchment paper to a baking sheet.
- Brush with the egg wash.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
