Cranberry Vinaigrette

Festive and flavorful, this delicious cranberry vinaigrette is the perfect salad dressing for the holiday season!

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • ¾ cup avocado oil
  • ¼ cup cranberries fresh
  • 2 TBSP honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 TBSP shallot from 1 shallot, chopped
  • ¼ tsp salt fine sea salt
  • ¼ tp black pepper freshly ground

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine the vinegar, oil, cranberries, mustard, garlic, salt, pepper, and water. Process until completely smooth.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to use. The dressing will keep nicely in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Shake well before using.
