Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 teaspoons white vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 °F.
- Whisk together the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Add in the wet ingredients then stir until smooth.
- Pour into an ungreased 9x13 pan.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until a cake tester inserted comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan and serve from the pan.
