Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 3 cups oats quick or rolled

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk the milk, eggs, brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, and baking powder together until well-combined.
  2. Add in the oats and stir to combine everything together.
  3. Transfer the oat mixture into a buttered 10x8 inch pan.
  4. Bake at 375°F for about 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and oatmeal is set. Enjoy!
