Ingredients

  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 50 g icing sugar
  • 150 g Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Put 200 g Cream cheese, 150 g Greek yogurt and 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract into a bowl.
  2. Sieve 50 g Icing sugar into the bowl.
  3. Mix well to form a smooth, creamy dip.

Notes

  • Make sure to sieve your icing sugar before you add it to the cream cheese mix, so it gets out any lumps.
  • If you only have granulated sugar, then you could blitz it in a blender to make it more of a powder consistency.
  • If all you have is brown sugar, it could be used but it would make the cream cheese fruit dip grainy.
  • Make sure your cream cheese is softened before using it, as this will give you a really creamy dip.
  • If this has been stored in the fridge, then let it come to room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.
