Cream Cheese Fruit Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese reduced fat is ok, room temp
  • 1/2 cup sweetener Confectioner's (Swerve)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl combine the cream cheese, sweetener, and extracts.
  2. Attach the wire whip and on medium speed slowly add the whipping cream. Mix until desired consistency.

Notes

  • I used Swerve Confectioner's powdered sweetener for a low carb, sugar free dip.
