Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 jalapeño peppers halved lengthwise and seeded, medium

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the jalapeños are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
