Creamy Avocado Dressing

You'll want to pour this creamy avocado dressing on everything in sight! Yields 2 cups of dressing

Ingredients

  • 1.5 ripe avocados*
  • ½ cup quality mayo
  • 1 TBSP lemon juice plus extra to taste
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce 
  • ⅛ tsp sea salt
  • ⅛ tsp black pepper

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1 cup quality mayo
  • 2 TBSP lemon juice extra to taste
  • 2 large clove garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Scoop out the avocado from it's shell and measure out your ingredients.
  2. Toss all everything in a food processor and blend until perfectly smooth and creamy. A blender or immersion blender may also be used with great results! 
  3. Swipe a veggie through the dressing and give it a taste. Add any extra seasoning to taste and feel free to add any extra garlic, Worcestershire Sauce, or even lemon juice if you'd like! Let your tastebuds be your guide.
  4. Pour over every veggie in sight! This salad dressing tastes great with every and any salad combo you can dream up or can be used as a party dip for chopped vegetables - have fun with it!
  5. Leftover dressing keeps marvelously refridgerated in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
