Ingredients

  • 4-6 ounces steak sliced thin
  • 1 tbsp kalamata olives
  • ½ tsp capers
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes
  • ¼ cup feta
For the dressing:
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp champagne vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasonings
  • 1 avocado

Instructions

  1. Assemble salad.
  2. In a small food processor or blender, add dressing ingredients and blend until smooth. If too thick, add additional olive oil.
  3. Drizzle over salad.
  4. Toss and serve.
