Ingredients

  • 5 cups frozen peas
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely diced
  • 4 ounces cheddar cheese shredded
  • 8 lices Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Put frozen peas into a large bowl and let them sit for 10 minutes to begin to thaw.
  2. Add red onion, cheddar cheese, and bacon.
  3. Make the dressing by combining mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, and salt in small bowl.
  4. Pour dressing over the peas and toss everything together gently.
  5. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
