- 1 cup olive oil extra virgin
- ½ cup balsamic vinegar
- ½ cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

- Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high for 20-30 seconds until the vinaigrette is smooth.

- No Blender? No Problem: Finely mince the garlic and fresh basil if you don’t have a blender. Then add all ingredients to a mason jar with a tight lid and shake vigorously for about a minute until well combined.
