Creamy Balsamic Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt, low fat or full fat are best
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl and whisk together until smooth and creamy. Taste for seasoning and add additional salt and pepper as needed.
  2. Store the dressing in a jar with a lid or other airtight container for 5-6 days. If any separation occurs, whisk or stir the dressing before serving.
