Ingredients

  • ⅔ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup white wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • 1 clove garlic grated
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon sweetener I used monk fruit
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add all the ingredients the cup of a bullet blender or immersion blender.  
  2. Mix for about a minute until slightly thickened and emulsified.
  3. Serve over your favorite salad.
