Creamy Balsamic Dressing (Oil-Free!)

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup hummus
  • 2 tsp. pure maple syrup
  • 2 tsp. white miso
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place all ingredients in a small high-speed blender or food processor. Blend for 20-30 seconds or until smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust flavors if desired.

Notes

  • Yield: Recipe makes about 1/2 cup dressing (just over).
  • Oil-free: This recipe is refined oil-free if using my homemade hummus with no added oil.
