Ingredients

  • ½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil*
  • ⅓ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 large clove garlic peeled and minced
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Herbs de Provence or Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp sea salt to taste
  • ¼ tsp black pepper to taste

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Use immediately on your favorite salads or as a marinade, or store balsamic vinaigrette in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. I find a mason jar works great for storing dressings, as do Wreck jars.
  2. If the dressing has been sitting in the refrigerator for a while and is chilled, give it a good shake or stir before using it.

Notes

  • *You can also use avocado oil
