Creamy Balsamic Vinaigrette
Use this delicious creamy balsamic vinaigrette on a large salad when serving guests, or double/triple the recipe to have salad dressing on hand for all your delicious salads. Use it on any green salad or even pasta salad!
Ingredients
- ½ cup olive oil extra virgin
- ⅓ cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 garlic peeled and minced, large clove
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp herbs de Provence or Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp salt to taste, sea salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Use immediately on your favorite salads or as a marinade, or store balsamic vinaigrette in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. I find a mason jar works great for storing dressings, as do Wreck jars.
- If the dressing has been sitting in the refrigerator for a while and is chilled, give it a good shake or stir before using it.
Notes
- *You can also use avocado oil
