- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 small onion finely diced
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 (1.9oz) packet onion soup mix packet
- 1 cup cream

- ¼ grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken; paper towel dry the thin chicken breasts (be sure to butterfly and pound thin if you bought thick ones).

- Prepare the sauce; in the same skillet over medium heat, add butter, garlic and onions. Once onion and garlic are translucent add onion soup seasoning packet, salt, and pepper to taste. Stir until fragrant.
- Reduce heat to low; add in cream, frozen green beans, and crispy fried onions; give a good stir, cover and let simmer 8-10 minutes.
- Remove the pan from the heat and stir in parmesan cheese until well combined.
- Nestle in the cooked chicken breasts into the sauce along with the green beans. Garnish with extra crispy fried onions, if desired.
