Ingredients
- 1/2 lb pasta rigatoni or penne
- 1 lb chicken breast
- 1 tbsp garlic parsley salt
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cups heavy whipping cream
- 3 garlic cloves pressed
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Set aside and reserve one cup of pasta water for later. Season chicken on all sides with garlic parsley salt.
- Preheat a deep skillet with butter. Saute chicken on both sides until golden brown. Remove, slice into strips, and set aside.
- To the same skillet add heavy whipping cream and garlic. Bring to a simmer, then add in parmesan cheese.
- Add pasta and chicken back in, stir to combine together. Season to taste and serve right away.
