Creamy Cucumber Radish Salad

Crispy cucumbers and radishes are the stars in this salad. Add in creamy sour cream, green onions, and fresh dill and you'll be craving this salad all the time!

Ingredients

  • 1 English cucumber
  • 8 oz radishes about one bunch
  • 3 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 1/2 cup green onions sliced
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp salt adjust to preference

Instructions

  1. Rinse and pat dry the cucumbers, radishes, and green onions. Cut the cucumbers in half lengthwise and thinly slice the halves. Place them into a medium bowl.
  2. Thinly slice the radishes. If radishes are larger in size, cut them in half prior to slicing. Chop the dill. Slice the green onions. Add the radishes, dill, and green onions to the bowl.
  3. Add in the sour cream and salt, and mix until everything is well combined. Serve and enjoy!
