Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar distilled
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons dill minced fresh

Notes

  • Regular seedless cucumbers can replace English cucumbers; use four smaller ones to match quantity.
  • Fresh dill is preferred, but dried dill (2 to 3 teaspoons) can be used if fresh is unavailable.
