Creamy Eggnog Dip Recipe

Rich, creamy and full of holiday flavor, this no-cook Eggnog Dessert Dip is perfect for parties and family gatherings. Serve with pretzels, cookies or fruit.

Ingredients

  • 3.4 ounces instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 ¼ cups eggnog
  • 1 teaspoon rum extract , optional
  • 8 ounces whipped topping , such as Cool Whip
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon , optional
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg , optional

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix with the eggnog until thick and whisk provides some resistance. Mixture will be thicker than traditional pudding. If desired, add rum extract. This is optional.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping until no streaks remain.
  3. Allow the pudding to chill in refrigerator for 15 mins to 1 hour.
  4. Optionally, dust with the ground cinnamon and/or nutmeg.
  5. Serve with a variety of cookies and fruit.
