Ingredients

  • ½ cup feta cheese
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • 1 garlic grated, clove
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ⅓ cup yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • water

  3. Gradually add water, one tablespoon at a time, and continue blending until the dressing reaches your desired consistency.

  • Use Feta in Brine: For the creamiest, most flavorful dressing, choose feta that’s stored in brine. It’s more moist and tangy, which enhances the overall taste.
  • Control the Texture: If you prefer a chunkier dressing, pulse the ingredients just a few times in the blender or food processor. For a smoother dressing, blend it longer or add more water until you reach your desired consistency.
  • Adjust Seasoning: Taste the dressing after blending and adjust the salt, pepper, and lemon juice to suit your preferences. Remember, the flavor will intensify after sitting for a bit.
